What does the service fee cover vs. travel costs?
The $349 and $899 base fees are Service/Consulting Fees covering time, expertise, and support. They do not include actual travel expenses (hotels, flights, trains, tickets). Those are billed separately based on your chosen itinerary.
What is the 8% booking tax / processing fee?
For Concierge packages, bookings are handled for you. You are invoiced for actual costs plus an 8% Tax & Platform Fee, which covers payment gateways, currency conversion, and local taxes.
Are there duration or headcount limits?
Base service covers up to a 10-day trip for up to 4 people. Extended days and larger groups have extra daily and per-person rates (e.g. +$50 per extra day/person for The Guide, +$100 for Concierge).
Can I combine a 1-day ritual with a planning package?
Yes. When you book The Guide or 24/7 Concierge, we can weave our exclusive 1-day experiences into your itinerary and handle all logistics so you simply show up.
